WHAT IS Lash liner enhancement?
• It involves tattooing an ultra-thin black line along the lash line.
• This procedure is a 2 step process, requiring a touch-up 6-8 weeks after the initial procedure.
• This small detail will enhance and widen your eye & give a more awake appearance, really making your eyes POP!!!
WHO SHOULD GET LLE?
• Lash Extension are huge right now & while yes they are beautiful for some people it’s just too much maintenance to keep up on.
• If you are looking to add some definition and color to create the appearance of thicker lashes then this service is definitely for you!
Lash enhancement can be a great solution for anyone who wants thicker, darker, healthier-looking lashes, including people with naturally sparse lashes or medical conditions that cause their lashes to fall out (e.g. alopecia)
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST & DOES IT HURT?
Lash Enhancement can last up to 3 years with annual touch-ups recommend.
Does it hurt?
We apply a topical numbing agent during the procedure for little to no pain at all.
Preparation for lash line enhancement
If you wear contacts - you cannot wear them to your appointment
No Lash Extensions
If you think you have a Stye on or around your eyelid - you must reschedule your appointment
Lash lift and tint procedure must be done 24 hours or more prior to your appointment
No over the counter lash serums for 2 weeks before & after
If you are on a stronger lash serum such as Latisse you must discontinue use for 2 months before and after the procedure as this serum can change the integrity of the skin causing migration
Lash Line Enhancement
Do's
Keep the area dry for 10 days, this does not mean don’t wash your face. Just be careful around your lash line
Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-4 weeks after procedure
Avoid sleeping on your face for 10 days
Avoid heavy sweating for 10 days
Don't
Do NOT use washcloth, pick or scratch tattoo area
Do NOT use steam, sauna, swim for 10 days
Do NOT put makeup on tattoo area for 10 days
DO NOT have mascara on. Any residue of makeup will prevent proper application.
DO NOT tint, perm or treat your eyelashes with any chemical treatment 24 hours prior to your appointment.
NO contacts for 24 hours, NO lash extensions for 2 weeks after the procedure
No sauna or tanning 1 week prior
No blood thinners or pain killers
No working out day of
No alcohol in your system
No caffeine for 16 hours prior to your appointment
Must be at least 12 weeks post op with healed wounds
No antibiotics 2 months prior
ESSENTIAL TO-DO’S
BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
On your first visit , we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment to allow for check in and restroom if needed.
On return visits, we ask you to arrive 5 minutes prior to your schedule appointment.
If you are wearing makeup we ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment and ask for cleansing pads. This will avoid any delay in your service.
Please silence your phone while having procedure done. Feel free to relax and take a nap.
Wear or bring your eyeglasses to your appointment if you normally wear contact lenses.
Tell your technician if you have recently had treatments that can irritate the eye, such as lash extensions, skin resurfacing, chemical peels, eye brow waxing, laser treatments, or permanent laser applications. Recovery time varies with each procedure and individual.
