GIFT CARDS Physical gift cards are like cash. They can’t be replaced if lost or stolen. They also can’t be exchanged for cash. Gratuity can not be given with a gift card.
WHERE CAN LHS GIFT CARDS BE PURCHASED? LHS gift cards can be purchased online on our website and in salon.
HOW WILL MY GIFT CARD BE DELIVERED LHS gift cards are delivered via email. The sender's name and e-mail address are included for the recipient. They can also be packaged and shipped.
HOW MUCH DOES THE DELIVERY COST? There is no charge for e-mail delivery. For shipments that contain gift cards and other items, shipping and handling charges will be based upon the amount of the merchandise purchased. Gift Card amounts are not included in the calculation of shipping and handling charges.

LHS gift cards can be redeemed at salon or online.
REDEEMING YOUR LHS GIFT CARDS BY PHONE Call 201-217-3136 to place your order. You will be asked to provide your LHS gift card number and pin code along with a valid credit card. When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your LHS gift card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance. All of the value on your LHS gift card will be used first before any amount is charged to your credit card. When the amount of your order is less than the value on your LHS gift card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your LHS gift card.
SALES TAX No sales tax is charged when buying LHS gift cards. Purchases paid for with LHS gift cards are subject to applicable sales tax.
CHECKING THE BALANCE ON YOUR LHS GIFT CARD If your LHS gift card has a pin code, you may check your balance during checkout. You can also call 201-217-3136 to check the balance on all LHS gift cards.
LOST OR STOLEN LHS GIFT CARD We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. At our sole discretion, LHS gift cards will replace if lost or stolen, only with proof of purchase. Not withstanding the foregoing, only unused balance of lost or stolen cards may be replaced. Please call 201-217-3136 to report a lost or stolen LHS gift card.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS This gift card can be used as payment for purchases made at LHS. This gift card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except as required by law. This gift card has no expiration date. For balance inquiries, or to report lost or stolen gift cards, call us. The value of LHS gift card purchases cannot be used to meet promotional thresholds. Gift cards can not be used towards gratuity.
The use of LHS gift cards online is subject to lorraineshouseofstyles.com has the right, in addition to any other available remedies, to close customer accounts or require alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained LHS gift card is redeemed or sought to be redeemed.
TREATMENT ROOMS Only the client receiving a service is allowed in a treatment room. Exception: clients with a disability.
