Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Lorraine’s House of Styles LLC. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
To reserve your service times, please call 201-217-3136, email email@example.com. Our reservation desk is open 7 days a week to assist you. To assure that you can reserve times convenient for you, we suggest you reserve your next service time prior to leaving the salon. When booking appointments, please inform out salon coordinator of any significant health issues, allergies or if you may be pregnant.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you.
- Please, be considerate of other clients’ scheduled appointments and arrive on time or your appointment may be shortened, incurring the full service charge.
- Any gift certificates being used for this service will be applied to this cancellation charge BEFORE being applied to your credit card on file.
- Any service prepaid will be voided (including a series package).
- Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
- Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% service .
- Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount.
- By making appointments with Lorraine’s House of Styles LLC, you are agreeing to these terms.
Please arrive with 10-15 minutes to spare for your appointment. This allows for you to start to unwind, relax, and visit the restroom. Arriving late to appointments requires your Stylist/Technician shorten your appointment time, so clients following you are not held up. Full fees will still be applicable, therefore, it really is in your best interest & comfort to be on time. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.
In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The regular service price will apply.
As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, therefore all our appointments are confirmed 24-48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.
We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa, Cash and Gift Certificates. We do not accept personal checks, Amex or Discover card. Please note that all service times are approximate and prices are subject to change without notice. All color service prices are subject to change. Your colorist will discuss any price changes in advance.
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Salon credit may be issued for returned items.We regretfully do not accept product or service refunds.
Gift cards usually arrive in 3 – 7 business days for those that request shipping or will be available within 24 hours at our location after purchase online. Please note that there will be a $2.50 fee added to your purchase for shipping and handling.
Service prices do not include gratuity. However 18%-20% gratuity is appreciated. 18% gratuity will be assessed for salon spa packages, bridal parties and group parties.
Only the client receiving a service is allowed in the lash room and spa treatment room. Exception: clients with a disability.
Only the client receiving a hair service is allowed in the shampoo area, at the styling stations and in the color processing area. Exception: clients with a disability.
We want LHS to be a stress-reducing experience for all. We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silent and only conduct a conversation in the foyer or outside. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings.
If a service p rovider feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
No Children Please. While we love children, we respectfully request NO children under 12 while you are receiving services. This is to ensure that your service provider can then concentrate 100% on you and your services, and that every guest within our salon/spa is not interrupted. It is against health and safety regulations to have children in the salon/spa unsupervised. If you arrive with your children without prior discussion with management your treatment may be refused with full cost owing. We thank you for your consideration, co-operation and understanding.
All appointments are held on an appointment only basis. *We charge a specific service fee for the allotted time and service. How full your lashes will look at the end of your touchup appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment. Please, keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your refills, as we require all our lash clients to return every 2-3 weeks (sometimes sooner depending on how fast your natural lashes grow and how well you maintain them in between fills). If you have been rough on your lashes in between fills and have lost more than normal, additional time may be needed at an ADDITIONAL COST. Please, contact LHS prior to your appointment, if this is the case, to allow adjustment of time. If you are a new client who currently has eyelash extensions applied by another facility, we will require a consultation before scheduling a lash fill, cost and time will be determined when you arrive. Due to liability reasons, we normally do not fill lash extensions applied by another facility unless they meet LHS standard of quality.Being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application, every minute counts with eyelash applications. Unfortunately, additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment or arrive with dirty lashes (ie: liquid eyeliner, mascara, goopy/sleepy eyes) . Arriving on time for your lash appointments is important to ensure your treatment time is not cut down, as we need to stay on time. Do not drink coffee, tea or caffeine based products before arriving for your lash appointment; this will make you fidgety and need to use the restroom repeatedly. You will not be able to get up to use the restroom once your eyes are closed and application has begun.
LHS requests that all mobile phones are switched off or to silent while you visit. We want your time to be relaxing, away from your busy day, and to not interfere with your therapist or other clients. All guests at LHS want to have a relaxing visit; listening to someone else’s phone call is disruptive. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
Any reactions to eyelash extensions is not foreseeable by Lorraine’s House of Styles LLC skilled & trained staff (or even by you). All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form with you and any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, LHS will offer a free lash removal should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact LHS immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.
We would love to have you host a private party or special event at our salon. Please contact our salon coordinator for details and options available to you and your guests.
Yes! Call our Front Desk Coordinators or visit our retail center for assistance in selecting the perfect gift for any occasion. Also, gift cards are available in any denomination over $10 and may be purchased in person, via telephone and on our website.
If you would like to purchase gift cards totaling more than $1000, you will enjoy a 10% discount. All gift cards must be purchased at the same time to receive this special price.
